Description

Les Baux is a relatively small region located within Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence in France's Southerly Provence region.
The AOC encompasses 8 villages with the scenery in this area being familiar be to those who admire the work of the artist Paul Cézanne.


Very little white wine is made in Les Baux with 75% of wines being red and the rest rosé. Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah are the most common varietals used to make red wine in this region with the occasional use of Cabernet Sauvignon.
