Gareth 's tasting notes on this wine
The colour is very pale for a rosé, a very light salmon. The nose is not particularly expressive, slightly floral, perhaps lily but little else I could pick up on. Medium bodied with good acidiy this is a fairly well balanced bottle of wine. What is unexpected is that it doesn't taste like a rosé but rather a regular Pinot Grigio. The palette has slight pear and apple, short finish. It's a wine that is not bad and yet is not particularly memorable.
