Huxelrebe

Vitis Vinifera, White Grape

The Huxelrebe varietal wine grape

Huxelrebe is a crossing, meaning that it is a product of the manufactured breeding of two vines, in this case Gutedel with Courtiller Musqué (Muscat Précoce de Saumur). It's most commonly found in the area of it's creation, Rheinhessen, Germany, as well as across England and Wales.

Huxelrebe is know as a grape capable of high yields and is often compared to the Muscat grape, mainly for it's sweet, floral, aroma.
