Sémillon is a white grape known primarily for making wines in France and Australia. Sémillon is a grape with low acidity and a heavy body.
In France, Sémillon is mainly seen in Bordeaux, most notably in Graves where it is often blended to take the edge off of Sauvignon Blanc.
